Services Commision

Our agency commission is 3% + VAT 24% of the final purchase price.

For selling amounts less than 100.000€ our fee is set at 3.000€ + VAT 24%

Issuer of the invoice is Stiliani Masouropoulou, licensed estate agent in the city of Athens with Tax Number 033637574 and General Electronic Commercial Registry 063947503000.

Taxes, Lawyer, notary and registry fees must be paid by the purchaser.
